Very chill place. They had a live dj playing Electronica music. I had heard they had good wings so I decided to stop by and check it out. The wings are delicious and cooked perfect. I got burg style which is a Buffalo style with garlic and green onion garnish. They don't have any real spicy flavors which I normally get other places. I tend to stay away from Buffalo because it's very vinegar flavor but they changed from traditional Buffalo and it's is delicious and not super strong. I will definitely come again
Overview
Walking into Noble Pie Parlor Midtown for the first time felt like stumbling onto a local secret that everyone somehow already knew. The space buzzes with energy, and the smell of bubbling cheese and slow-simmered sauce hits you before you even reach the counter. Located at 777 S Center St #100, Reno, NV 89501, United States, this spot has become a regular stop for me after downtown meetings and late nights with friends, mostly because it manages to be both familiar and surprising at the same time.
I still remember my first order: a classic pepperoni with that unmistakable thin-but-sturdy crust. The staff explained how the dough is fermented longer than average, which gives it that slightly tangy flavor and crisp bite. That extra fermentation time isnβt just a gimmick either. According to research shared by food science departments at universities like Cornell, longer fermentation improves both texture and digestibility, and you can genuinely taste the difference here. The menu keeps things focused but playful, mixing traditional slices with inventive toppings that rotate depending on availability.
One thing that stands out is how intentional everything feels. The cooks stretch each dough ball by hand, and you can watch the process happen in real time. I once came in during a slower afternoon and chatted with one of the pizza makers, who mentioned they go through daily tastings to keep consistency tight. That kind of process mirrors what culinary institutes often teach as a best practice: repeatable methods paired with constant adjustment. It shows in the final product, especially when you compare it to chain pizza that relies heavily on automation.
The menu goes beyond pizza, too. House-made ranch, fresh salads, and rotating specials keep regulars interested. Iβve noticed from reviews that people often mention the balance between indulgence and quality, which is a tricky line to walk. Industry data from the National Restaurant Association notes that nearly 60% of diners value quality ingredients more than portion size, and this place clearly leans into that mindset. You leave full, but not weighed down.
What really cements its reputation is the sense of community. On busy nights, locals pack the dining area, sharing slices and stories like itβs a neighborhood living room. Iβve overheard visiting chefs praising the flavor balance and even comparing it favorably to East Coast pizza standards, which says a lot. The restaurant has also been mentioned alongside respected food voices and local critics, often highlighted for staying true to its roots while still evolving.
That said, itβs not perfect. Parking around Midtown Reno can be tight during peak hours, and the wait can stretch longer than expected on weekends. The team is upfront about it, though, and the staff usually gives realistic time estimates. Transparency like that builds trust, and itβs something hospitality experts frequently stress when talking about positive guest experiences.
The reviews youβll find online tend to echo my own experiences: consistent quality, bold flavors, and a laid-back atmosphere that doesnβt try too hard. People talk about the crust, the sauce, and the vibe in equal measure, which is rare. Many diners describe it as bold, satisfying, and worth the wait, words that come up again and again.
Every visit reminds me why this place keeps earning loyalty. The methods are thoughtful, the ingredients are treated with respect, and the overall experience feels genuine rather than manufactured. For anyone exploring Renoβs food scene or just craving a solid slice with personality, this spot delivers in a way that feels honest and grounded in real craft.

Delicoous beer, delicious moist wings, and tasty thin pizzasβ¦.what a better combination to be having and chilling on the patio. Feeling the breeze and having fun conversations with friends and family
We tried many menu items. All of it was good. Service was good as well. The parking was a little difficult but we found a spot a couple blocks away. Iβm Probably a little old for this neighborhood but I wanted to give the food a try.
How did we not know about this place? On a walk in midtown last night and came across Noble Pie. We were not very hungry so we each just bought a slice. "B" was behind the register and was super helpful & friendly as we each designed our own slice. We also bought the cinnamon knots. Food was brought out fast and all of it was delicious. Their pizza crust is killer and both slices were baked perfectly. Great atmosphere just chilling outside on picnic tables and enjoying the buzz of the place. Can't wait to go back when we are hungry. Thanks Noble and thank you "B"
I love the wings at this place. Im from Nashville, TN and I come here for their wings every time im in town and I dont even like wings. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
I got to stop by while in town for work. Very friendly staff. Locally sourced beer, and ingredients. Good wings, pizza, and beer. What else is there to say? It's the holy grail of pizza!
Great pizza and great service! Good vibe with indoor & outdoor seating available. Whole pies and slices too!!
